DirectionsQuotes
- Break into teams of four students and choose a team leader, researcher, recorder, and reporter.
- Each team reads over the statements. Select two quotes and two statements to talk about.
- The researcher will get necessary research materials (encyclopedia, science textbook, and dictionary).
- The team works together to develop a web of ideas. The recorder writes down any key words or phrases that the team wants to include in its final written product.
- Once all ideas and opinions are shared, the team will write at least two sentences about each quote and statement it selected.
- The reporter will share the information with the rest of the class.
